Tasty food and unique design. I Like their idea to place order in restaurant in advance. So I come in in exact time and my order is already on the table
Slow reception. Also I recomend them to give towels for Spa not on reception, but in Spa directly

My recent stay at Higina Spa was an absolute delight. Despite the shabby exterior and parking lot, the interior of the hotel exceeded my expectations. It had a unique and charming combination of a tropical forest, green house, and recycled wood. Every piece of furniture and equipment was ingeniously designed, adding to the overall appeal. The hotel was also very child-friendly, which was a bonus for families. I particularly liked the covered smoking room, perfect for enjoying a cigarette even in the rain. The highlight, however, was the spa section. With a small but lovely swimming pool, excellent saunas, and plenty of reclining chairs, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
All was good! 😊

The interior of the hotel was unique and tastefully decorated, with a combination of tropical forest, green house, and recycled wood. I loved the unique furniture and equipment throughout the hotel. The spa facilities were excellent, with a nice swimming pool, two good saunas, and plenty of reclining chairs. The hotel was also child-friendly, with a covered smoking room and a great spa section. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even gave us a room as soon as we arrived in the morning. Amazing Christmas holiday spent at this hotel. The Christmas decor was breathtakingly beautiful, creating the perfect festive mood. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with excellent customer service. The rooms were cozy and well-furnished with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The food was delicious and served fresh.
The Wi-Fi connection was slow, and the signal kept dropping, which was a bit frustrating. The spa zone was small and crowded at times, which made it hard to enjoy.

This hotel is located in a convenient area close to the downtown with easy access to local attractions. Guests can enjoy relaxing spa treatments in a calming environment. The rooms are aesthetically designed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. There is a cinema for entertainment and delicious breakfast options available daily. The rooftop sunbathing terrace has a breathtaking view of the city.
Service can be slow at times, especially during peak hours.

The mountain views from the rooms were stunning, and the spa services were the best thing about this hotel. The warm mineral baths were a nice touch, and the comfortable beds ensured a decent night's sleep.
The room decor was outdated, and the furniture looked worn out. The food in the restaurant was below average, and it was noisy outside from the ventilation fans.
